Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Ensures a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every guest following the Grappone sales process.

-Operates routinely with a high level of professionalism.

-Establishes knowledge base regarding products, services, and competitive automotive makes and models.

– Has pride and passion in what they do.

-Must have a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through our insurance company.

-Must be able to work days, nights, and Saturdays.

Benefits:

40 hour workweek

Monday thru Friday – 9:00am-7:00pm (scheduled hours will vary between these hours)

Saturdays – 8:15am to 5:00pm

Minimum of 112 hours of paid time off within the first full year (128 hours in year three)

8 paid holidays per year
