The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an integrated Federal Qualified Health Center setting. This role does not have on-call or After Hours requirements, and is HYBRID!
Education:
Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling required.
Working towards State of New Hampshire License, Independent Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, MLADC)
Experience:
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred.
Two years’ experience in the healthcare or perinatal field preferred
Verifiable good driving record and reliable transportation
The starting rate for this position is $64,064 per year and can increase depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating to develop treatment plans and to co-manage care of patients within primary care clinics.
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment interventions to patients served in an integrated primary care health clinic.
Utilize standardized, evidence-based clinical measures to assess patient’s symptoms and response to treatment, supporting the perinatal population including individuals experiencing Substance Misuse.
Provide effective treatment planning and assist patients to set and work toward goals to improve physical and psychosocial functioning.
Provide crisis intervention, crisis management, and safety planning services as appropriate.
Manage a caseload size adequate to generate 62.5% in billable services per week
