Amphenol Printed Circuits (APC) manufactures and assembles rigid

This position is responsible for the basic coordination of activities of employees engaged in Material Prep Department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures and Amphenol’s company safety regulations.
Perform and/or learn all the operations associated with the Insulation and Material Prep.
Drive continuous improvement in the department to meet department as well as business goals.
Safe work habits/operate under high safety standards.
Cycle count assignments, tracking and verifying.
Expired material management for material and insulation prep including Pre-preg.
May be required to cross train in other departments.
This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of PCB experience with prior Material Prep experience preferred.
Proven leadership abilities, prior group leader or coordinator experience.
Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents.
Forklift and power pallet jack license or training.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and organization skills in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain/develop reports/analyze data – Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Outlook/Word/Excel.
Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 35 lbs. safely.
