About the Job
Our drivers are the face of our company, and we are proud of that. They are the face that our customers relate to. A typical shift for one of our drivers lasts 10-11 hours, making AG and our trucks your home away from home. We pay overtime after eight hours daily, and last year our drivers averaged $85k per year. We offer a Teamsters pension, vacation pay based on 52-hours, a strong medical, dental and vision benefits package, along with monthly employee appreciation events, employee outings, work boot reimbursement, and an employee purchase program you just can’t beat, to name a few.
The best of all, however, is the fact that you will be home for dinner almost every night. AG knows how important family is, and we encourage the ever-important work-life balance. After all, it is people like you and families like yours that keep us going. There’s a reason behind the fact that AG currently holds the best employee retention rate in the transportation industry.
