We are currently looking for a FT Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 5:00pm.
Rotating Sunday shifts every 3 weeks from 7:00am-1:00pm.
After the Sunday shift, the following Friday is considered a day off.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Confer with internal and external customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, obtain details of issues.
Receive and respond to customer issues; interaction with other departments is crucial in helping to resolve issues.
Resolve customers’ service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and pick-ups.
Coordinate cross dock and coupon programs.
Support customers with internet orders and solve issues to find the best solution.
File and maintain records according to the filing system used. Locate and remove material from file when requested.
May perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent
Five years’ experience in a Customer Service-related field
Excellent communication skill
Must have excellent critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations including but not limited to high call volume and customer complaint resolution.
Ability to work independently.
Strong typing and data entry skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
