Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Space Management Analyst Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing planogram schematics to enhance product exposure and drive revenue growth for AGNE retailers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior insights, and contribute to the development of best-in-class planograms.

This position requires on-site work at our Pembroke, NH office.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide relocation assistance at this time.  Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Planogram Development:
Assist the Senior Category Space Management Analyst in creating top-notch planogram schematics.
Enhance product exposure to maximize revenue streams for AGNE retailers.

Data Accuracy:
Ensure the accuracy of the dimensional database by regular updates with the latest information.

Image Library Management:
Populate the image library for all products, facilitating comprehensive schematic reviews.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute valuable insights to planogram reviews.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior insights to drive data-driven decisions.

Reporting:
Run and distribute reports through various databases (e.g., Nielsen, IB) to support the category review process.

Software Proficiency:
Support planogram development using specialized software, aligning with merchandising strategies.

Guides and Documentation:
Create informative guides for retailers, outlining category roles, merchandising strategies, and other relevant details.

Calendar Management:
Assist in creating and maintaining a calendar of planogram reviews based on category seasonality.

Impact Measurement:
Track and measure the impact of space management strategies.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
– Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
– Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions for continuous improvement.
– Detail-oriented with a keen eye for presentation.
– Ability to work closely with a multi-functional cross-company team environment

 

NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Associate or Bachelor’s degree

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

– Work is normally performed in a standard office work environment.

– Limited physical effort required.

– Limited exposure to physical risk.
