Occupational Therapist – Contracted Service Provider – Temporary Part-time

Description:
The Bedford School District seeks a licensed temporary part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services to students on an independent contractor basis.
The independent contractor must provide proof of Comprehensive General Liability with a combined single limit of $1 million each occurance, $2 million aggregate, Workman’s Compensation as required by NH state statute, and Automobile Liability Insurance in amounts not less than $1 million.  Must also provide a W-9 and must submit fingerprints (in-house) for a criminal history record check as a condition of employment per RSA 189:13-a, III.
The rate of pay for this position is $100/hour. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.

Job Summary:
Establishes, maintains and expands a program of evaluation, therapy and professional development to remediate occupational therapy needs of students.
To work three (3) 30-minute sessions per week. Position begins immediately.

Qualifications:
Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist with the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals.
