BMP Consultants, LLC is an excavation company that specializes in performing Best Management Practices on all Commercial and Residential horizontal site work (including but not limited to: excavation, grading, drainage, sewer, water, septic). We are a small company that packs a big punch with efficiency and results in the NH, MA and ME areas.

We are looking for a motivated Working Excavation Foreman to expand our team and its precision. Minimum of five (5) years excavation experience is required. Must be able to read construction plans and have responsible time management skills. Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to lead a crew as well as work with their team or individually. Hydraulics license a plus but not required. OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification is nice to have but not required.

Pay Scale Ranges between $75k – $100k per year based on experience.

Applicant must be legal to work in the U.S. and have a valid license. Travel will be required to our different job sites. A company vehicle or vehicle stipend is provided. Applicant will be subject to background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
