We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the team of engineers and drafters for our manufacturing plant, located near Concord, NH

Overall responsibility for the successful completion of high-quality projects, existing and new product designs. Creating shop drawings and design packages on time. Managing the product engineering and drafting departments. Ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.

Must have strong leadership, team management, communication, problem solving, project management and scheduling skills.  Experience with building materials, windows, composites, or sandwich panels is a plus.

BS in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience with a minimum of five years in an engineering leadership role.
