We are seeking a Project Manager for our growing, high-end, residential construction client located near Conway, NH. While social distancing precautions are being taken, this is an immediate need and is primarily an office-based role.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.

Must have strong communication, time management, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and an eye for quality. Proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Primavera P6, and Primavera Contract Manager. WinEst Construction software experience is a strong plus.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree and three years of project management construction industry experience is required.  Specific residential construction industry training is available for the right person.

Competitive salary and benefits.  Local candidates are preferred; however, some relocation assistance is possible from within the Continental United States.  Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
