We are seeking a career-minded Property Manager, with a focus on HUD programs, for our client, located near Gilford, NH.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work their way up in an organization over the next few years.

Responsible for assisting the Housing Director with multiple housing programs including:  processing applications, lease enforcement, conducting tenant appeals, preparing vouchers and reports, oversight of property management staff and serving as point of contact between housing agencies.

Must have experience working with housing programs such as:  HUD, LIHTC, HCV, RD, project-based vouchers, etc.

Must have supervisory experience, the ability to work across all departments and with staff at all levels and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills and a solid understanding of compliance requirements of housing programs is required.  Experience with low-income housing tax credits and compliance is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or Social Services is preferred.  Minimum of five years’ experience in the affordable housing industry.
