We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing client, located near Manchester, NH.
Responsible for recruiting (mostly hourly employees), testing, on-boarding/orientation, training programs and performance evaluation management. Employee relations, benefits and compensation, payroll, HRIS maintenance and ensuring federal and state requirements are met.
Must have outstanding communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills with solid business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree or five years of related work experience, including some experience in a supervisory capacity, is required. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred.
