We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, friendly Client Service Coordinator for our well-established, growing financial advisory practice client, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.

Responsible for providing high-quality, friendly, helpful service to the clients and help the practice in managing and organizing office workflow. Responsible for receptionist duties, scheduling client appointments, greeting visiting clients, assisting with client meeting preparation.  Completing mail and check log, managing compliance paperwork and updating client information in the CRM.

Must have outstanding customer service, communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer (MS Office) skills.  Must possess strong business and personal ethics and integrity and be a team player.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree with at least two years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry.

Competitive hourly rate, PTO, Simple IRA and company match, company paid life and LTD insurance.  Local Candidates only.  Must live within commute distance of Nashua, NH.  Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
