We are seeking a Commercial Construction Business Development Manager for our Prime General Contractor client, located near Nashua, NH.
The main focus is on researching potential new projects and staying in contact with existing clients to seek out new project opportunities for Federal government construction projects. Developing and maintaining a strong business network, assisting with proposals and scheduling and implementing the strategic plan for marketing and business development.
Must have outstanding communication, estimating, proposal writing, time management and organizational skills. Experience maintaining a Salesforce database and with use of the US Government System for Award Management (SAM.gov) site. Must be able to represent the firm in a professional manner and be involved in various professional and civic associations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technical, Construction or a related field is preferred. Minimum of five years of sales experience with a strong preference for Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction industries. Minimum of a working knowledge of construction technical services is required.
