We are seeking a full-time, first shift, customer-focused, experienced Calibration Technician for our electronics test equipment client, located near Nashua, NH.
Responsible for supporting all calibrations, troubleshooting and repair services both in the environmentally controlled laboratory and at customer sites throughout the northeast US. Some overnights, less than 25% travel.
Responsible for efficient and accurate data collection and data entry of calibration results and tests. May also help with developing new methods and formulas to solve measurement and calibration problems.
Must have knowledge of ISO 9000 and 17025 standards and requirements. Must have outstanding communication, organization, customer service, multi-tasking, time management and computer and MS Office skills. Must work well independently and as part of a team.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Math, Science or similar is required plus at least five years of active metrology calibration experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Additional training and/or certifications in metrology, precision measurement equipment, calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment is a strong plus.
