We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant for our large corporate client, located near the New Hampshire Seacoast.

Responsible for providing administrative duties for two C-level executives including calendar and email management, complex scheduling, travel arrangements; preparation of drafts and final reports, proposals and other documents.

Must be extremely organized and tech savvy, with outstanding communication, time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, research and computer skills.  Must be able to work with and maintain highly sensitive and/or classified information.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and three to five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting C-level management in highly confidential roles.
