Our client, a small but busy HVAC company, is seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and respectful professional to join their team on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Billing Professional:

Perform billing-related activities, such as sending out bills to customers and doing light business to business collections
Answer phones and provide a superior level of customer service
Follow up on all customer inquiries that cannot be resolved immediately
Enter customer information into the computer accurately and efficiently
Assist with any other office administrative tasks on an as-needed basis

Qualifications of the Customer Service & Billing Professional:

At least 2 years experience in a billing or accounts receivable role
At least 2 years customer service experience
Ability to determine what tasks need to be done and complete them with minimal direction (once trained)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong follow up and follow through skills
Strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly
Reliable team player
