Find your Purpose, Build your Career, Transform your life

Find your purpose. Build your career. Transform your life.
Do you ever feel like you hit the ceiling and have nowhere to advance? Are you tired of not getting recognition for your hard work?

Warde Senior Living has immediate openings (full-time and part-time) for Licensed Nursing Assistants on all shifts. We offer awesome benefits – competitive wage scales, retention bonuses, paid time off, comprehensive health insurance (for full-time) and more.

Being an LNA at Warde isn’t just a job – it’s a fulfilling experience and gateway to building a true passion in healthcare. Our unmatched small-facility feel and family-like atmosphere means you will be appreciated, valued and rewarded for the work that you do.

Here are some (of many) reasons LNAs should apply:

You’ll find your purpose:

· You will be part of a unique culture where your voice is heard and your opinions are valued – your ideas help continually shape the environment, no matter your level.

· You will wake up excited to go to work every day, and leave with a sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing you made a personal difference in the lives of our residents.

· You can expect a family-like environment where you are truly supported and can expect to build close bonds with co-workers and residents.

You’ll build your career:

· Our unique Pathways program offers select LPN and RN scholarship programs for our employees and other growth opportunities you may not normally have access to.

· We offer a small facility-feel, which lends itself to an environment where you’re continually learning new skills and getting the opportunities to grow professionally on a daily basis.

· Our leadership team continually has your back and will keep you motivated, celebrate in your successes, and help you reach higher and challenge yourself in new ways.

· You will always have a clear pathway forward with us – and go as far as you want to go (with our support).

You’ll transform your life:

· You can expect to experience how a mission-driven culture (where you’re a name/not number, are valued, strong sense of teamwork) enhances your overall sense of gratitude and fulfillment.

· A strong work/life balance: Whether you’re caring for your children or balancing work with school, we work with you to make a schedule that fits your needs.

· You’ll love, value, and get inspired by our incredible residents as you become a special part of their lives (and they in yours).

· We’re a family-like atmosphere; the bonds are strong, and our staff often share how their colleagues/residents truly become a second family.
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received first dose prior to starting

· High school graduate or GED

· Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program and currently licensed as a Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Board of Nursing
