PRIMARY DUTIES: Performs varied administrative processes primarily related to Parking Department and ordinance violations. Collecting and processing of parking related fines and fees, responding to related customer inquiries, facilitating parking violation administrative reviews, and processing lease and overnight parking permits are core responsibilities. Assists the Parking Department as required in matters related to violations processing, administrative review, and research; performs as Provides general administrative support to the Parking Manager. The incumbent will assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Position is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Grade 9, wage dependent upon experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two to three years of experience in a busy, varied-duty administrative position; to include cash handling, challenging customer service encounters, demonstrated prioritization skills and professional business correspondence; proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office; ability to understand and accurately apply, interpret, and explain Nashua Revised Ordinances related to parking. High school diploma or equivalent is required; combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
