PRIMARY DUTIES: Position is responsible for all general building custodial duties and painting. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning, polishing, and dusting interior of City Hall. Position also performs building and safety checks, grounds maintenance, other duties as assigned. Position is 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8 pm to 1 am.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of six months relevant work experience in general cleaning and maintenance and possess a High School diploma or certified equivalent.
