Grappone Automotive Group is looking for an Accounting Manager.

This is an accounting position with growth potential that will require you to work closely with our current accounting leadership team to provide essential support to all departments within the organization.

Requirements for Position:
 Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting
 Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge a must
 Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
 Strong communication skills; written, verbal and phone
 Typing & 10 key proficiency
 Ability to adapt and work on multiple software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite
 High level of efficiency and accuracy
 Ability to analyze large amounts of data
 Strong organizational skills/ability to prioritize
 Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
 Leadership Development – ability to train and motivate a team
 Works well independently and in a team environment

Job Description – Includes but not limited to the following:
 2 Year in depth training in all areas of consolidated accounting department for 17 corporations
 Understand and utilize a multi-company general ledger
 Reconcile and adjust general ledger account balances
 Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
 Update and maintain vendor information
 Record Sales
 Post Accounts Payable invoices and process timely payments to vendors
 Understand trial balance and financial statement preparation
 Budget Preparation

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
