Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires excellent telephone, computer & multi-tasking skills to set guest appointments, follow up, and to ensure that all guests continue to be highly satisfied via their preferred method of contact. Applicants who strive for personal growth and demonstrate long-term commitment to supporting our guests will be given preference.

Previous automotive experience or BDC experience is strongly preferred, but we will train the right individuals. Applicants should be PC/Windows literate.

Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.

This hybrid position requires working 2 days a week from 7:30am-4pm, 2 days a week from 11:30-8pm, and Saturday from 8am-5pm. This position may be eligible for a couple of remote days per week after all of the training has been completed on-site.
