Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a Mazda Service Advisor to join our developing team in preparation of expansion into our new facility that is currently under construction. We are building a state of the art facility that will feature all new equipment, air conditioning and a transparent TruVideo platform to provide our guests with a next level luxury service experience.

The successful candidate for this position must be outgoing, responsible, dependable, team-oriented, take pride in personal appearance, be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Job duties include, but are not limited to: greeting customers, selling and scheduling service work, obtaining vehicle information, writing up repair orders, dispatching work to the technicians, checking on progress of repairs, explain completed work and charges to customers, and establishes method of payment.
Hours are: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (a couple of days until 5:30) and some Saturdays 8:00am – 1:00pm.
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
