Grappone Mazda is looking for a full-time Settlement Coordinator to join our team! This is a sales support position.

Daily Duties Include:
Submits deals to lenders.
Calls guests &/or lenders for missing stips or documents.
Scanning, faxing, uploading, copying, etc. necessary docs.
Verifying all docs required for funding are present and sent to the lender prior to sending the deal
to office, unless title work is required first, then lender docs are clipped together.
Check with Accounting on any missing info to follow up with to close a deal.
Accurately assembling and booking deals.
Knowing lender maximums for each deal being contracted.
Ordering of missing or low quantity crucial documents, supplies, and forms. Stock them as
needed.
Giving status updates to the GM on pending and unfunded deals.
CIT management
Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
Prepares the final deal packet within 10 minutes or less, after approvals/stips are received
Cancellation of warranties
Re-hash difficult deals
Communication of all rebates and incentives
Assigns each deal to the correct PS using their Dealertrack Finance Manager ID
Validates that deals are processing properly in Zurich daily

WHAT ARE THE HOURS? Full time, with one day off/week (the other day off is Sunday). Saturdays required until further notice.

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
