Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Growing professional company in the Seacoast is looking to add a team member to their busy Human Resource Department in a temporary role. This is the perfect opportunity for candidates looking to gain HR experience in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities for the Human Resources Administrative Assistant:
Candidate sourcing activities utilizing an applicant tracking system
Schedule interviews for the recruiting team
Assist Human Resource staff members including auditing reports and supporting efforts of company-wide programs
Qualifications for the Human Resources Administrative Assistant:
High attention to detail
Comfortable and friendly phone demeanor
Computer savvy with Microsoft Office experience and an understanding of spreadsheets
Excellent customer service skills
This position is project based and expected to last 1 month, paying $14 per hour. Schedule is 8:30am – 5:00pm.
