Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.  This is a full time temp to hire opportunity offering $15/hour. This position will have you working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and once hired on, you will be eligible for their comprehensive benefits package.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Specialist:

Answer customer product and service questions and provide solutions
Maintain customer records
Process orders
Provide excellent customer service and document interactions
Communicate product ideas and customer needs to management
Maintain confidential information
Provide support to team
Other customer support duties as needed

Your skills/qualifications for the Customer Service Specialist position:

High School Diploma
2+ years of recent and relevant experience – Customer Service
Pleasant customer service demeanor
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management and problem-solving abilities
Solid computer skills – MS Office Suite including Excel and Word
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
