Our client located just outside of Keene, NH is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team.  This is an excellent temporary opportunity that offers $16-$24/hr depending on experience and has the potential to become permanent.  If hired on, the company offers a generous benefits package including health/dental/life insurance, 401k plan, paid holidays and vacation, as well as the opportunity for an annual bonus!  This company is safety focused, promotes from within, and really values its employees! The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

Conduct new hire orientations
Onboard new employees
Communicate with staffing agencies
Assist with recruiting
Assist with employee relations
Assist with benefits
General administrative duties as assigned

Your Skills/Qualifications for the HR Coordinator position:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or certification in HR Management
1+ year HR experience
Effective oral and written communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of HR policies/practices
Solid Microsoft Office computer skills; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities
Team and individual leadership skills
Understanding of employment law/regulations preferred
