Our client company in Peterborough is looking for an Office Administrator to join their small but growing team! This is a great opportunity that will have you working Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This temp to hire position offers $14-$16/hr depending on experience and once hired on by the company you would be eligible for their benefits package. They are looking for the right person to start right away!
Your responsibilities as the Office Administrator:
Use MRP system for activity recording and transactions
Assist with meeting organizational goals through providing support to all departments
Collaborate with and assist managers to meet production goals
Assist with scheduling work orders/production schedule
Communicate status of daily production
Your qualifications for the Office Administrator position:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years recent and relevant professional office experience
Clear/effective written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer skills including MRP/ERP systems
Professional demeanor
Ability to carry out direction from management
Ability to work independently
