Human Resources Director- SAU 29
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operation of the Human Resources Department including employee relations, labor relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, selection and onboarding, classification and salary administration, compliance with Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, safety, training, and equal opportunity  employment. These responsibilities will be executed in such a way as to develop and retain school district personnel, promote the overall efficiency of the school system, and maximize the educational opportunities and benefits available to each individual student and each employee within the SAU 29 districts.

Education and Experience:

Masters in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent,
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years  in a supervisory capacity.
Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred and is required within three years of hire.
A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
