We are seeking a dedicated detailed oriented individual to join out Manufacturing Team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products used in the medical field.
Responsibilities include:
Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
Following written and verbal instructions, read work orders, assembly drawings and schematics.
Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, etching and engraving, and welding.
Performs on-line go-no-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, electronic test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Inspect products in real time to ensure products are built to print and meet IPC-610 workmanship standards.
Able to perform basic soldering and rework of SMT components.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing setting is required.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D required.
1 to 2 years Electronic Assembly and Inspection experience desired.
