SERVPRO of the Seacoast is seeking highly motivated, professional and responsible individuals to join our fire, water, mold and smoke damage cleaning team as Restoration/Production Technicians. This is a full time position with lots of opportunity. Carpet cleaning experience is a plus as well as IICRC certifications.

Physical requirements of the Restoration/Production Technician position are as follows:

-Ability to lift 40 lbs without accommodation and able to lift 100 lbs with accommodation

-Must be able to work around soot, dust, animal hair, mold, mildew and cleaning chemicals

-Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

-Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Personality requirements of a Restoration Technician are as follows:

-Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to follow instructions

-Must be punctual, tactful and polite

Additional requirements:

-Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

-Must be able to pass a background check

Pay is $15-20 per hour DOE (depending on experience)

We are willing to train if you are willing to learn-looking for candidates with backgrounds in cleaning, construction, water damage clean up and others.

Applicants with IICRC certifications will be compensated on the higher end of this pay scale.
