Corporate Recruiter
Spectrum Consulting is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for our client in the Nashua, NH area. Experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing, social media recruiting and creative advertising.  Responsible for writing job advertisements, posting positions, managing the inflow of applicants,  and attracting talent and completing reference checks.

Requirements for the Corporate Recruiter:

Ideal candidate will have experience in the field of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced with full cycle recruiting
High level of proficiency in MS Office and using an HRIS database tracking system.
Candidate must be creative to find candidates
Managing relationships with existing recruiting partners
Experienced and have a presence on Social media
Manage and attend career fairs
Candidate that can jump right in and make an impact

Required skills/traits for the position: 5 years plus experience recruiting, Excellent written and verbal communication, outstanding organizational skills, teamwork, and high attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
