This role contributes to the Stackry mission by overseeing all aspects of the consolidation and
shipping processes to ensure that we are producing the highest quality consolidations and
shipments while maintaining maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
 Train and oversee all new consolidators and shippers
 Assist hazmat specialist with training of employees and oversight during the probation
period
 Perform annual reviews of consolidators and shippers
 Ensure all stations are in compliance with company standards at the beginning and end
of each shift
 Ensure satisfactory department performance
 Provide packaging/shipping quality control
 Ensure hazmat declaration, packaging and labelling is accurate.
 Prepare and hold Monthly meetings, including the hazmat portion of the meeting
 Administration and tracking of annual and semi‐annual trainings for all hazmat
employees
 Ensure company policies are followed
 Approve and manage departments’ time off
 Track and manage attendance and other policy violations
 Review and approve timecards
 Run and post wiki numbers for both departments
 Oversee scheduling, including overtime
 Provide feedback to consolidators, shippers and hazmat personnel as needed
 Manage and communicate with carriers regarding daily and special pickups
 Monitor and research consolidation/shipping board for overdue shipments
 Manage VIP consolidations to company policy
 Complete consolidations and ship packages as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
 Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Shipping/Consolidation Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:
 Completion of the Hazmat Air Shipper Certification (IATA) that satisfies the function
specific training requirements of 49 CFR 172.704(a) and IATA DGR 1.5.2
 12+ months working at Stackry in the consolidator role
 12+ months working in a shipping department
Compensation:
Stackry will provide the following compensation:
 Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 Annually (pending experience)
