Staff Hunters is currently partnering with a successful, Portsmouth company in search of a Customer Care Representative to join their team.
This is a full-time, seasonal position that offers a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.  The main focus of the role is to provide customer support and act as a liaison between internal departments and the customer.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative role include:

Fielding incoming calls from customers
Data enter information related to customer interactions in the database
Creating reports to track the necessary information
Work closely with other team members to satisfy customer needs

Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative role include:

1-3 years of customer service/ data entry experience
Strong computer skills with past CRM system experience
Exemplary customer service and communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting
