Staff Hunters is currently partnering with a successful, Portsmouth company in search of a Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a full-time, long-term position that offers a collaborative work environment. Given that the company has a small team setting, the customer service team members have the ability to wear multiple hats.
The main focus of the position is to build relationships with and provide excellent service to customers; however, there are multiple other responsibilities that will be included in the role. If you are looking to grow your skills and utilize your existing customer service/business development skills, this position could be a great match for you.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant role include:
Fielding incoming calls from customers
Entering orders and assisting with customer invoicing
Creating reports to track necessary information
Investigating customer complaints
Providing support to the sales team by identifying leads and following up on new business development opportunities
Working closely with other departments in order to provide the best, most timely service to the customer
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative/Sales Assistant role include:
1-3 years of customer service/ data entry experience
Business development/sales support experience
Strong computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
