Waypoint’s Parent Aide Program has a Full Time opening to cover our Manchester and Concord NH Team locations. The Family Time Coach works with parents and families involved with the child protection system. The Family Time Coach helps build family goals with the parent(s) that allow for their children to return home safely by identifying strengths, needs and age-appropriate development.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

Associate Degree with two years of related Human Service experience or four years of related experience. Parenting experience is a plus.
Applicants must be at least 22 years of age.
Time management skills
Travel is required. Valid driver’s license with Motor Vehicle background check, reliable vehicle and auto insurance that meets agency standards.
Must have the ability to work on a team.
Ability to lift and install car seat(s) to the position requirements,
Understanding of policies, procedures, and ability to set professional boundaries.
Ability to use technology and an electronic health record for documentation.
Excellent verbal, written, Computer and organizational skills while working independently and handling confidential information.
Able to sit, stand, climb stairs, move about the visits and follow young children.
Understanding of and ability to work positively with children and parents with mental health and/or substance misuse.
Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint desired.
Flexible schedule with nights and possible weekend visits to support our families.
