We are seeking a relationship-focused, part-time Registered Nurse to work in the Greater Manchester area. Our small team of three RNs led by a Nurse Manager functions autonomously to manage a caseload of clients within typical business hours – no weekend, evening, or holiday hours.

In conjunction with the client and oftentimes family members, you will develop plans of care that might include:

• Performing a nursing assessment on the client & their environment
• Assisting the client with their medications
• Assessing & teaching the client regarding their diagnoses/management
• Assessing for in-home services needed
• Providing Case Management with providers involved & community resources

No Oasis documentation is required!

Minimum Position Qualifications Include:

• A Licensed Registered Nurse. Home Care experience with seniors is preferred
• Working knowledge of computers. Willingness to learn Electronic Visit Verification software.
• Ability to complete thorough & timely documentation
• Strong interpersonal communication skills & an active listener
• Familiarity with community agencies and programs serving the greater Nashua area
• The chosen candidate will be asked to have a criminal background, a motor vehicle record check, and a valid driver’s license & auto insurance that must meet company standards.
