Grappone Automotive Group is looking for a full-time Marketing Generalist I to support the day-to-day needs of our Marketing Department. This is a hands-on position that supports a wide range of marketing and communication efforts across our dealership group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, stays organized, adapts quickly, and is comfortable balancing content creation, social media, events, and general marketing support responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in, learn, assist where needed, and help keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For
Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred; or minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Adobe Express or similar programs.
Basic photography, content collection, and editing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and events as needed
Valid driver’s license
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
